Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
We may request photos or videos to verify the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

- Items missing parts, accessories, or labels
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
